    सुश्री नूतन शिर्के, अध्यक्ष, दीपस्तंभम महिला सोसायटी, कस्साईलेम, गोवा ने अनुसूचित जाति उप-योजना (SCSP) के अंतर्गत आईसीएआर–केंद्रीय तटीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान (आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई), गोवा द्वारा प्रदान किए गए सहयोग एवं मार्गदर्शन के संबंध में अपने अनुभव साझा किए।

    उन्होंने बताया कि संस्थान द्वारा आयोजित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों, तकनीकी परामर्श तथा कृषि एवं संबद्ध गतिविधियों हेतु उपलब्ध कराए गए आदानों से उनकी सोसायटी की महिला सदस्यों को महत्वपूर्ण लाभ प्राप्त हुआ है। इन कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से सदस्यों के ज्ञान, कौशल एवं आत्मविश्वास में वृद्धि हुई है, जिससे वे वैज्ञानिक एवं उन्नत कृषि पद्धतियों को अपनाने में सक्षम हुई हैं।

    सुश्री शिर्के ने कहा कि आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई के वैज्ञानिकों के साथ नियमित संवाद एवं मार्गदर्शन से खेती एवं आजीविका संबंधी समस्याओं के समाधान में सहायता मिली है। साथ ही, संस्थान द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आदानों ने विभिन्न कृषि एवं आय-वर्धन गतिविधियों को सुदृढ़ बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

    उन्होंने आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई, गोवा के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति उप-योजना के अंतर्गत प्राप्त सहायता ने महिला सदस्यों को सशक्त बनाने, उनकी आजीविका में सुधार लाने तथा सतत एवं लाभकारी कृषि गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है।

    सुश्री शिर्के ने आशा व्यक्त की कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम एवं सहयोग ग्रामीण महिलाओं के सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते रहेंगे।

    Ms. Nutan Shirke, President of the Deepasthambam Mahila Society, Kassailem, Goa, shared her experiences regarding the support received from ICAR–Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-CCARI), Goa, under the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) scheme.

    She highlighted that the Society has benefited significantly from the training programmes, technical guidance, and agricultural inputs provided by the Institute. The capacity-building programmes conducted by ICAR-CCARI enhanced the knowledge and skills of the members, enabling them to adopt improved agricultural and allied farming practices.

    Ms. Shirke noted that the regular interaction with scientists helped the members address field-level challenges and gain confidence in implementing scientific recommendations. The inputs supplied under the scheme further supported their livelihood activities and contributed to improving farm productivity.

She expressed her gratitude to ICAR-CCARI, Goa, for its continued support and guidance and stated that the assistance received under the SCSP scheme has empowered the women members of the Society and encouraged them to pursue sustainable and income-generating agricultural activities.
