आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई, गोवा द्वारा क्रेडिट-लिंक्ड सब्सिडी व्यक्तिगत लाभार्थियों के लिए पीएमएफएमई प्रायोजित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित
आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई, ओल्ड गोवा में 22 से 24 जुलाई 2026 तक क्रेडिट-लिंक्ड सब्सिडी व्यक्तिगत लाभार्थियों के लिए तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। पीएमएफएमई योजना के अंतर्गत कुल 30 खाद्य व्यवसाय संचालकों को खाद्य संयंत्र डिजाइन, व्यवसाय योजना, व्यवसाय पंजीकरण, एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण, पीएमएफएमई योजना का अवलोकन, विपणन तकनीक एवं डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, बैंकिंग एवं वित्तपोषण तथा ब्रांडिंग जैसे विभिन्न विषयों पर प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। इसके पश्चात प्रतिभागियों को व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण तथा पोस्ट-हार्वेस्ट प्रयोगशाला (AGNI Food Hub-I), वर्जिन कोकोनट ऑयल (VCO) इकाई और रिटॉर्ट प्रसंस्करण इकाई (AGNI Food Hub-II) का एक्सपोज़र विजिट कराया गया।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के संसाधन व्यक्तियों में डॉ. श्रीपाद भाट, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक, आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई, गोवा; श्री विनोद अतकरी, सहायक प्राध्यापक, कृषि महाविद्यालय, गोवा; श्री प्रवीण सबनीस, मुख्य प्रशिक्षक, अनलर्निंग अनलिमिटेड, पणजी, गोवा; श्री यशवंत तुएंकर, डीआरपी, पीएमएफएमई योजना, गोवा; श्रीमती सोनल सरदेसाई, प्रोफेसर, वी. एम. सालगांवकर कॉलेज ऑफ लॉ, गोवा; डॉ. उमेश दानी, श्रीशा टेक्निक्राफ्ट, गोवा; सुश्री सफिया खान, खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी, एफडीए, बांबोलिम तथा श्री अनिल जोगदंड, प्रबंधक, केनरा बैंक, गोवा शामिल थे।
AGNI Food Hub-I, VCO इकाई और AGNI Food Hub-II में व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण एवं एक्सपोज़र विजिट का संचालन सुश्री अनुजा शिंदे, यंग प्रोफेशनल-I, आईसीएआर-सीसीएआरआई द्वारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम के समापन से पूर्व आंतरिक मूल्यांकन तथा लाभार्थियों की प्रतिक्रिया सत्र आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें गोवा के डीआईटीसी कार्यालय से सुश्री चंद्रा देसाई ने भाग लिया।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का समन्वय डॉ. श्रीपाद भाट, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक द्वारा किया गया, जिसमें सुश्री अनुजा शिंदे, वाईपी-I ने सहयोग प्रदान किया।
ICAR-CCARI, Goa conducts PMFME-Sponsored Training Programme for Credit-Linked Subsidy Individual Beneficiaries
A three-day training programme for credit-linked subsidy individual beneficiaries was conducted during July 22 to 24, 2026, at ICAR-CCARI, Old Goa. A total of 30 food business operators under the PMFME scheme were trained on various aspects, such as food plant design, business plans, business registration, FSSAI licensing/registration, PMFME overview, marketing techniques and digital marketing, banking & funding and branding. This was followed by hands-on training and exposure visits to the post-harvest lab (AGNI Food Hub I), the Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) unit, and the retort processing unit (AGNI Food Hub II).
The resource persons for the training programme were Dr. Shripad Bhat, Senior Scientist, ICAR-CCARI, Goa; Mr. Vinod Atkari, Assistant Professor, College of Agriculture, Goa; Mr. Pravin Sabnis, Chief trainer, Unlearning Unlimited, Panaji, Goa; Mr. Yeshwant Tuyenkar, DRP, PMFME Scheme, Goa; Mrs. Sonal Sardesai, Professor, V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa; Dr. Umesh Dani, Shreesha Technicraft, Goa; Ms. Safia Khan, Food Safety Officer, FDA Bambolim, and Mr. Anil Jogdand, Manager, Canara Bank, Goa. Practical hands-on experience and exposure visits at AGNI Food Hub I, VCO unit, and AGNI Food Hub II were conducted by Ms. Anuja Shinde, Young Professional-I, ICAR-CCARI. An internal assessment and beneficiary feedback session were conducted before the conclusion of the programme, in which Ms. Chandra Desai from the DITC office, Goa, participated. The training was coordinated by Dr. Shripad Bhat, Sr. Scientist, with assistance from Ms. Anuja Shinde, YP-I.
