Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

 

 

    The Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre-Kharif Campaign) was held on 30th May 2025 at Sal Gram Panchayat, Bicholim taluka, North Goa, organized by ICAR-CCARI, KVK North Goa, and officials from line departments.
    Farmers were educated by ICAR-CCARI Experts on improved package of practices for paddy, cashewnut, and vegetable cultivation. Experts also highlighted value addition in spices and milk to enhance farm income. Demonstrations on Jeevamrit preparation promoted natural farming practices, while scientific livestock farming techniques were also discussed.
    Dr. Gokul Das, Senior Scientist, Dr. Raghunandan, Scientist from ICAR-CCARI, Mr. Ramkrishna from Goa State Cooperative Bank, and ATMA North Goa officials participated and interacted with the farming community, providing technical guidance and addressing their queries.
