Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

The Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign) was held on 1st June 2025 at Parye Gram Panchayat, Bicholim taluka, North Goa, organized by ICAR-CCARI and ICAR-KVK North Goa.
    Scientists and experts from ICAR-CCARI, Goa highlighted the importance of climate-resilient crop varieties, particularly rice and plantation crops, along with soil test-based nutrient management for sustainable agriculture. The production of quality planting material through nurseries was also emphasized. A live demonstration on Jeevamrit preparation was conducted to promote natural farming practices. Dr. Manokara K. K., Senior Scientist, ICAR-CCARI; Mr. Udhay Gaonkar, Branch Manager, Goa State Cooperative Bank; and officials from ATMA North Goa actively participated and raised awareness among the village farmers.
