Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

On 31st May 2025, the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign) was organized by KVK-North Goa and ICAR-CCARI at Ona village under Maulinguem Gram Panchayat, Bicholim taluka, North Goa.
    During the campaign, experts from ICAR-CCARI, Goa briefed farmers on soil test-based nutrient management, improved package of practices for cashewnut, and organic farming techniques. Emphasis was placed on scientific livestock farming and natural farming through a live demonstration of Jeevamrit preparation. The programme also highlighted employment generation opportunities for landless farmers. Dr. Gokul Das, Senior Scientist; Dr. Raghunandan, Scientist, ICAR-CCARI; Mr. Shivaji Koshinath Gad from Goa State Cooperative Bank; and ATMA North Goa officials participated and provided expert guidance.
