Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

The Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign) was held at Nagargaon village, North Goa on 3rd June 2025. Experts from ICAR-CCARI, KVK North Goa, and allied departments addressed the farming community on key issues. A major focus was on creating awareness about human-wildlife interactions and effective strategies for conflict management.
    Farmers were also guided on vermicompost production techniques to promote sustainable soil health. Emphasis was laid on the adoption of Natural Farming practices, highlighting the use of organic and natural inputs for nutrient and pest management. The sessions encouraged eco-friendly farming approaches to enhance resilience and reduce dependence on chemical inputs.
