Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

On 30th May 2025, KVK-North Goa and ICAR-CCARI organized the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign) at Mulgaon village, North Goa. During the program, scientists and officials from ICAR-CCARI, Goa engaged with farmers to discuss farming possibilities on mine-rejected soils, offering practical solutions and crop options suitable for such conditions. Guidance was also provided on plant protection measures aimed at improving fruit setting in arecanut and breadfruit, with a focus on enhancing productivity and sustainable cultivation practices.
