Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan from May 29 to June 12, 2025

On 1st June 2025, the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign) was conducted at Honda village, by KVK-North Goa and ICAR-CCARI.
    Scientists and Subject Matter Specialists from ICAR-CCARI, Goa educated the farmers on horticulture-based integrated farming systems, encouraging them to adopt crop diversification and resource-efficient practices for better income and sustainability. Special emphasis was placed on crop protection, including insect-pest management and measures to safeguard crops from wild animal damage—a growing concern in the region. The event aimed to enhance farmer awareness and preparedness ahead of the Kharif season through practical and science-based interventions.
