As part of the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (Pre- Kharif Campaign), on 9th June 2025 at Anjuna village, experts from ICAR-CCARI and KVK, North Goa conducted a detailed awareness programme aimed at empowering farmers with knowledge on sustainable agriculture. The session focused on identifying and understanding agricultural sensitive zones, adopting innovative farming techniques, and implementing climate-resilient agricultural practices.
    The experts also addressed effective pest control strategies and the benefits of using Nano Urea fertilizers for enhanced crop nutrition. Discussions on floriculture highlighted new avenues for income generation, while sessions on animal veterinary care and pathology provided valuable information on livestock health management. The event aimed at promoting integrated, modern, and eco-friendly agricultural practices for overall rural development.
